Window Pinner for Windows

A small utility program to pin programs to the top.

PS - You need Download .NET Core 3.1 Runtime (microsoft.com) to run the app.  Console version.

Note: Download the zip, unzip it and open 'Pin to top' application. Just follow the instruction that appears. The program is made using C#. GUI version may come soon. But the program is very easy to use. Hope you'll like it! <3
